Try these steps first
- Check that your device has a stable connection. Loaded levels can work offline, but account sync, purchases, AI explanations, and leaderboards need a connection.
- Close ARC completely and open it again. Your local progress should remain on the device.
- Update ARC through the Apple App Store or Google Play, then restart your device.
- For a missing paid feature, confirm you are using the same store account, then use Restore purchases in ARC.
- If the issue remains, email support with your device, operating system, ARC version, and a screenshot that does not expose private information.
Avoid deleting the app while progress is unsynced. If you have not saved an account or recently played offline, removing ARC may remove device-only progress.
Frequently asked questions
What is ARC?
ARC is Arcwise's mobile learning app for building cloud-architecture judgment through visual puzzles, real scenarios, and game-like practice. The first Arc focuses on AWS architecture.
Do I need an account?
ARC can begin with an anonymous session. When account saving is available, you can add an email and password to protect progress and use it across supported devices.
Does ARC work offline?
Loaded learning content and local progress can continue offline. Sync, fresh content, purchases, leaderboards, remote notifications, and AI-assisted explanations require a connection. ARC syncs supported progress when connectivity returns.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open ARC, go to the subscription or purchase area, and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the original purchase. Consumable items may not be restorable under store rules.
How do I turn off analytics?
In ARC, open Settings → Privacy and turn off Analytics. You can also control whether you appear on the leaderboard from the same section.
How do I control notifications?
Open ARC Settings to choose supported categories such as streak, hearts-ready, daily challenge, or leaderboard updates. You can also disable ARC notifications in your device settings.
How do I report an inaccurate question?
Use the report action attached to the question and choose the closest reason. Add a short note if useful. Reports are queued on device if you are offline and sent for human review when possible.
How do I delete my account?
In ARC, open Settings → Account → Delete account. If you no longer have access to ARC, use our web deletion process. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Is ARC affiliated with AWS?
No. Arcwise and ARC are independent and are not sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. Vendor names are used only to identify the technologies covered.
Subscription and billing help
Apple and Google process ARC purchases. Arcwise cannot directly change your payment method or approve a store refund.
Apple App Store
Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For a refund request, use Apple's purchase-support flow.
Manage Apple subscription Request help from AppleGoogle Play
Manage or cancel in Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refund eligibility follows Google Play policy.
Manage Google subscription Request help from Google PlayCanceling and deleting are separate. Canceling stops future subscription renewals but does not delete your ARC account. Deleting your ARC account does not cancel billing through Apple or Google.
