Delete your ARC account

You can permanently delete your account inside ARC or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete your account in ARC

  1. Open ARC on your device.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Account and choose Delete account.
  4. Read the deletion summary and confirm Delete.

This is the fastest route because ARC can use your signed-in session to verify the request.

Request deletion from the web

If you uninstalled ARC, lost access to the device, or cannot use the in-app control, email us from the address linked to your ARC account.

Email an account-deletion request

Send to skillsiplearn@gmail.com with the subject “Arcwise account deletion.”

Include the email address used for ARC and say that you want the ARC account and associated data deleted. Do not include your password or payment-card details.

Create deletion email

We may reply with a limited verification step to protect your account from an unauthorized deletion request. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will confirm when processing is complete.

What deletion covers

Subject to the limited exceptions below, deletion removes or de-identifies data linked to your ARC account from active Arcwise systems, including:

  • account profile and authentication link;
  • level, chapter, and Arc progress;
  • XP, hearts, gems, streaks, streak freezes, ranks, and badges;
  • leaderboard state and visibility settings;
  • daily challenge and practice history linked to the account;
  • notification tokens and server-side preferences;
  • question reports and optional notes where they remain linked to the account; and
  • other app records directly associated with your account.

Deletion cannot be undone. You may lose progress, achievements, purchased consumables, and access that depends on the deleted account identifier.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited information when reasonably required for legal compliance, accounting, payment disputes, refunds, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our agreements. Store transaction records remain with Apple or Google under their policies. De-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may also be retained.

Copies in provider backups may remain until the normal backup cycle expires and are not used for ordinary product operations. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
